Classroom Visit and Assessment - After you have returned the application, we will schedule your child for a classroom visit and academic assessment given by the classroom teacher.

Please Note - Special consideration in admissions is given to siblings of students currently attending True Cross Catholic School and to families who have registered in True Cross Parish but who currently have no children attending the school. Vacancies must exist within the established teacher/student ratio.

A student must be six years old by September 1 of the year he or she is applying for first grade; a student must be five years old by September 1 for kindergarten and three or four years old by September 1 for our Pre K 3 and Pre K 4 Programs.  New students are admitted on a probationary basis, while teachers and the principal evaluate whether we can meet the student’s academic, social and emotional needs and work in a successful partnership with the family.  True Cross Catholic School remains committed to a philosophy of inclusion.  The admissions committee will carefully consider students for enrollment who have special needs, based on the extent of modifications needed and the academic, social and emotional make-up of the class.
